        The Deluxe room was super comfy! We got upgraded, which was awesome. The decor was nice and everything felt clean. The staff were friendly too! No complaints here. Really enjoyed the stay!

        the royal is fantastic! the staff were super welcoming, especially the housekeeping team who really went out of their way to help us. the pool area is great for kids and adults, right by the beach, and perfect after a full day exploring. breakfast has a good spread, but could use some more variety.

        WiFi connection proved frustrating, with painfully slow upload speeds affecting convenience, especially during peak times. Dining choices were somewhat limited. the buffet felt a bit repetitive, and options for a quick bite during off-hours seemed sparse. If you're planning a laid-back evening, be aware that some lounge areas restrict access for teens, which led us to seek options outside the hotel more often than I’d like. Additionally, I found myself dodging air conditioning drips during meals, not the most enjoyable dining experience. Honestly, I'd expected more flexibility considering the hotel’s upscale offerings.

        Amazing stay with awesome service!

        We checked in during the busy Eid holiday, and wow, the reception lady upgraded us to a super nice suite! They even sent us a delicious cake for our celebration. Kiran and Mirzo at the brunch were top-notch, making sure we had everything we needed. Loved the pool access too! Just wish the check-in line was shorter.
